LawnStarter isn't actually the company that would mow your grass. Rather they are a service that facilitates the mowing process. So you set a schedule and they give you a price. Then you setup payment through them. They schedule a mower to handle your lawn on the day you specify. It appears that if a mower gets booked up or can't make it, they schedule a different mower. Our experience so far is that it works. The website displays your schedule, the cost and who will be mowing it next. Our first mower showed up on time, and did an expert job of our lawn. He trimmed the edges and blew off the driveway and sidewalks. I was thoroughly impressed.
