- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1:1 confidential, high-impact coaching is available in packages of 4, 7 or 10 months. Each program is custom tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Payment plans are available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients begin with a focus on clarity. Our top priority in the initial phase of working together is to bring definition and focus to your objectives, so we can strategically map your way forward. It all starts in the FREE intro call, with an initial chat about the visions you have and the challenges you're facing, so we can choose the best program framework for your needs. Once you sign on board, I'll give you access to your secure and private client portal where all our work together is organized in one place for a streamlined client experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Deep Transformational Coach through the Center for Transformational Coaching, an ICF accredited training center, as well as a Certified Professional Coach by my own transformational mentor since 2018. I hold a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (a top US business program) and the strategies in my approach largely draw on my 20 year career in business management and team leadership with specialties in finance risk and investments. (Which means I help people make decisions that create and preserve value.)
