- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do phone/skype calls with clients. After sending them a intake form, that is short, but valuable. When we work together the overarching theme for our coaching is to strategize actions and a plan, upgrade your skills, optimize your environment, and master your mindset so you can achieve any goal you have. Sometimes we hit all in a call, and sometimes just one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Bulletproof Coach Reiki practitioner, Lifeline Technique practitioner, Dr. Axe Nutritional Leadership program, Chris Kresser Institute, Christian Mickelsen coach training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my journey over 13 years ago, working to stabilize and heal my autoimmune arthritis. After all these years of trial and error, and self and professional education, I've learned so much about the importance of mindset and positive habits that I developed a love and a calling for sharing it, and helping others reach their goals in a much shorter time.
