- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we meet I'll gather relevant information about your life, and then we'll map out goals for the rest of the sessions. We might do an Energy Leadership Assessment if you choose. The following sessions we focus on a goal per session, including creating next steps to get you moving forward.
