I provide trauma-informed life coaching to individuals navigating major personal and professional transitions. Drawing on my background as an attorney working in family law and advocacy, I help clients approach complex life decisions with clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. My coaching practice focuses on supporting people through changes in relationships, family dynamics, career paths, and personal identity. My services include LGBTQ+ affirming coaching, career transition guidance, relationship and dating coaching, family and co-parenting support, and individualized transformation coaching. I work with clients to identify patterns, set healthy boundaries, build confidence, and develop practical strategies to move forward during challenging life transitions. Through a compassionate and strategic approach, I help clients move from uncertainty and overwhelm to stability, empowerment, and purposeful growth.
