I enjoyed the service provided from Worldwide Limosine. They were very prompt in giving me a quote and answering any questions I had. Our driver for my birthday night out was friendly and easy to work with, explaining everything in detail before we left. One thing wasn't clear initially was that there was a substantial amount of the balance that needed to be paid in cash when the driver arrived. This was only communicated the day of the event. Luckily it wasn't an issue since my bank is close by- but a heads-up earlier in the process would be nice. Overall a good experience, though, and I would hire this company again in the future.

Better communication needs to happen. I was overcharged for a service and I didn’t even get serviced by US worldwide limo..they contacted another company to drive and charged me an additional $900 to do it.
