- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service we may request a photo or a detailed description of the problem so that we can ensure we are identifying and offering the appropriate solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our locksmiths are licensed with the state of Illinois. We also participate in continuing education offered by professional security associations/organizations such as ALOA (Associated Locksmiths of America), Assaabloy and Allegion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We service a wide range of customers. We've helped install frames and doors for businesses and residences all the way to re-keying locks and cutting keys.
