My pricing is straightforward and based on the vehicle make and model, the parts required, and the scope of the repair. I provide estimates before any work begins, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple services or returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brake inspection to identify any worn or damaged components. I then explain my findings, provide a clear estimate, and discuss repair options. Once approved, I complete the work, test the vehicle, and review the completed service with the customer to ensure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on automotive repair experience with brake inspections, brake pad replacement, rotor replacement, and general vehicle maintenance. I continue learning new repair techniques and safety procedures to provide quality service to customers.
