For more than nine years, I've had the privilege of helping people through one of life's most stressful moments—moving. During that time, I've learned one thing above all else: our customers always come first.

These guys were extremely professional. They worked the entire time. They didn't try to "milk the clock". They are very budget-friendly. They wrapped everything, disassembled and reassembled our bed. Excellent response times. Great service. Good guys.

Pricing here at Palmer Moving & Hauling are firm, pricing goes based on the estimated hours, specialty items, heavy items, distance, and disassembly and reassembly required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is always special because to even be considered for the job is always an honor. I understand how difficult moving, furniture assembly, packing, unpacking etc can be. Moving is a difficult time for our customers and I want them to know that the process is simple. I introduce myself as the owner operator, I take down basic information to contact them and then we go through what services they need. Once all information is gathered, I give a quote. From there it is up to the customer on if they want to continue with us or go another direction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this line of work looking for new job after not wanting to continue in the food industry. I saw an ad for moving and it intrigued me at the time and I submitted an application. I received an email fairly quickly and next thing I know I was in a new uniform and on a truck heading to my first ever moving job.
