MEAL GUIDE EXAMPLE TEMPLATE A customized meal template providing an example day of meals and snacks that meet your exact macro targets, dietary preferences and needs, food likes/dislikes, allergies and etc, so that you can start by taking the guesswork out of tracking. GROCERY LISTS A grocery list that consists of items from your own grocery store (yes, where YOU do YOUR grocery shopping!), so that we can ensure there is no difference in brands which can cause slight changes in macros. You will receive brand names and, if applicable, the aisle you can find your grocery list items on, as well as substitution suggestions. Let’s make this experience as easy as possible for you! CHECK INS & ACCOUNTABILITY Weekly check-ins from your coach. I will ask you about wins, struggles, energy levels, food satisfaction, and overall how your week went. If needed, we will make necessary adjustments to ensure your progress is headed in the right direction. MACRO TRACKING SUPPORT Learn to track your macros and never feel confused! I will be there with you every step of the way to make sure you are properly measuring, inputting and tracking your meals. In your meal guide template, I give you the exact measurements for each food item I used so you can see an example of how everything comes together to form your macros! The macros for each meal will also be provided, allowing you easier opportunities to make changes and substitutions to your template(s). COMMUNICATION Have a question or concern? At the grocery store and need a substitution suggestion? Feeling unmotivated and just want advice? I am always here for you! You will have access to message me directly through the app, and can message me through Instagram or e-mail for any additional assistance. Larsa is AH-MAZING! I did my first challenge and am signing up for another! My body changed immensely, my energy levels are up, and I finally feel great enough to work out! Allll of this while still eating the foods I love and crave! Life changing!!!

Larsa really changed my mentality on food and thinking of food as "good" and "clean" vs bad and junk. She is an amazing nutritionist and truly listens to you, and helps you every step of the way. The meals were delicious and I didn't feel like I was on a diet. My husband also works with Larsa!

I really CANNOT believe the difference. Larsa is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough!! I started with her after I had my second baby and tried everything to lose weight but couldn’t. She helped me lose 15 lbs eating yummy foods!! I did work out here and there but it was really mainly my nutrition. Been with her for 8 weeks and will continue.
