- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. The starting price is $55 which is budget conscious and I won't go over the agreed amount, even if some extra work needs to be revisited. If extra work is needed like unpacking and packing other items in one room that was not agreed on, I will charge a little extra. But not a lot. I give special discounts for both veterans and senior citizens at 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to get a hold of them through chat, *****, or a ****************** with an introduction in order to get a clear idea of the needs. Then, we will discuss timing, pricing, and availability. Once that is discussed, they can confirm a time I can come out and begin the work. Please send pictures of the area where unpacking and packing need to take place. I would like to see the materials that I will be unpacking and packing, such as boxes, containers, or any of the items get a clear picture.
