This was my first time hiring a private chef. I engaged Fyusion Dining to host a small dinner for my wife’s birthday. The food was exquisite, the staff was pleasant, and the pricing was very reasonable. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the team did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

It was fantastic working with Chef Alvin, Chef Moira and Colleen to create a unique dining experience for our group of 8 on NYE. Start to finish 5 star. Creating our custom tasting menu was a breeze as well as the accommodations for vegetarian options. Everything was beautifully plated and presented.

We enjoyed the most fabulous meal last night with chef Tara and Colleen! The food was spectacular, well exceeded our expectations, and the girls were so fun and personable. I wish there were more stars to give, they deserve it! Can't wait to have them at our next event!!

Chef Alvin owner of Fyusion Dining was a top notch choice. I threw my wife a surprise birthday dinner party and hired Fyusion Dining as the private chef service. I have literally nothing by great things to say and Zero complaints. My wife is asian american so the choices he provided were amazing and plentiful. The final menu I selected was perfect and he accommodated all of my asks. The only thing I was not sure on was the portion sizes. However when the executive chef and server arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the value and size of the dishes. We had leftovers that are delicious! Not only was the food great but the required server is really worth it. The friendliness, professionalism and overall service were excellent. You can’t go wrong with Fyusion Dining. I highly recommend them. Colleen and Kristina from the team were absolute professionals and chef Alvin followed up multiple times to make sure everything ran smoothly. 10/10 all around!
