After some travel and time off, I'm rebooting and rebranding my catering and Personal Chef business! I've been in the culinary field for over 20 years as a cook, kitchen manager, sous chef, caterer, cooking instructor and personal chef. I'm passionate about all things food (American, Indian, Thai, Italian, Southern, Vegan/Vegetarian) but particularly ethnic foods with an Afro Caribbean flair. I'll present set menus or listen to your needs for a customized experience, bringing back food memories with dinner for two, a group lunch, baby showers, special desserts or an intimate gathering for a special event.
