After some travel and time off, I'm rebooting and rebranding my catering and Personal Chef business!
I've been in the culinary field for over 20 years as a cook, kitchen manager, sous chef, caterer, cooking instructor and personal chef. I'm passionate about all things food (American, Indian, Thai, Italian, Southern, Vegan/Vegetarian) but particularly ethnic foods with an Afro Caribbean flair.
