Chef Mercedez was truly exceptional in every sense of the word. Not only was her food quality amazing, but she was also a true pleasure to be around. She felt like part of the family for the evening. She was incredibly helpful and kind when it came to making the menu and multiple alternatives. The kitchen was also left spotless by the end of the night!
