Words cannot express how amazing chef Christian was in making my birthday unforgettable. The meal he prepared for me and my friends was beyond what I expected, everything was fresh and flavorful. Christians cooking was great but so was his customer service and attitude. He explained everything and was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. If you want an extraordinary chef, with extraordinary customer service then Chef Christian will take your event to the next level. Simply put...his food is phenomenal. I will definitely be using his services again!

Chef Christian was scheduled by my daughter for my birthday. To be honest, I was not sure what to expect but because I know my daughter’s taste I knew he would be exceptional! I was BLOWN away. Chef Christian arrived with his PPE on and was courteous and extremely professional. He quickly begin prepping the menu we had chosen. We asked if we could tape him on FB live and I literally felt like we were on a Food Network Show. Chef Christian was SO engaging as he talked to my audience answering questions about ingredients and his secret ways of preparing the meal. Our appetizer of Spinach and Artichoke Dip was beyond speechless!! My husband and I literally inhaled it and there was more bread left than Dip! Our main entree of Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Red Beans and Rice and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables was scrumptious!! I informed Chef that I did not care for spicy Jerk sauce so he added more mango and other ingredients to cook it down. But to be honest, the chicken did NOT need the sauce; it was JUST that excellent! Chef Christian is a Chef on the rise, and to be honest he will Rae quickly because of his humility, love for good but also love for engaging of people! My family is actually planning on booking him for 2 more upcoming events! He is really JUST that good. Chef Christian, thank you for making my birthday exceptional!! You are an amazing cook with a heart of pure realness!

Chef Christian was very professional and got right down to business. He explained what we should expect and how long service will be. Christian even went above and beyond when he helped us get our fire pit and candles lit. He has a great spirit and I felt like I had family over. We had lobster bisque, Caprese salad and a catfish with red beans and rice that was The Best!!!! My husband and I were celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary and he made it that much more special. I can't wait to have a reason to have him out again.

There are not enough words for me to express how awesome Christian is. He literally came in and was a part of the family. His openness and willingness to allow us to watch him at his craft and his talent and his openness to talk and have discussion with us took the experience to an entirely different level. The experience was a 10 before we even ate one bite of his food. Every single course was amazing! I could not have chosen anyone better to offer my family this experience for Christmas. We had the seafood tower, the short rib tacos, a warm root salad, mushroom Crusted chicken, Rack of lamb, crab mac & cheese, seasonal roasted veggies, And two end the night we had a blackberry cobbler crumble all a mold and his famous deconstructed apple pie. There is nothing I can say that will truly give justice to Christian and his talent. Just trust me and hire him! This is one of those things you just have to experience for yourself!
