- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gain an understanding of the cuisine they desire as well as their budget. Then I proceed to create a custom menu designed special for their event.

I attended culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY back in 2005

I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants since my junior year of high school in 2003
