We work only on a contingency fee basis. This means unless we RECOVER money for you, you pay NO fee. We constantly keep our clients informed of the status of their case and always welcome questions from our clients. We make our client's satisfaction our goal. Our Google Reviews show that we are successful in this endeavor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss your case. Consultations are always FREE. We then investigate and begin acquiring evidence such as police reports, witness statements, photographs and medical record concerning the claim. We develop a strategy that will WIN the case and allow us to obtain the BEST recovery for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been representing injured people for over 35 years. We only represent people and not corporations. Our practice is limited to personal injury and workers' compensation claims.
