My Checkmate Coaching is a premium service designed for serious clients who want real transformation — body AND belief system. Rates start at $2,000/month with a 3-month minimum. This includes personal training, mindset coaching, and custom accountability. Exact pricing depends on your goals and frequency. Let’s talk to see if we’re the right match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 — We connect for a quick call to see if we’re a good fit. Step 2 — You pick in-person (you provide the gym) or virtua (visit website for virtual pricing). Step 3 — I design your personalized workouts + mindset blueprint. Step 4 — We get to work — lifting more than just weights. You get coaching for your body, habits, and belief system.

I have nearly two decades of experience as a certified Personal Trainer and as a Mindset & Relationship Coach. I’ve worked with hundreds of people across all fitness levels, helping them break excuses and win in the game of life — not just in the gym.
