Kristen was my personal trainer during a time when I not only needed to improve my fitness level but also when I needed someone to push me and motivate me. I had experienced an injury and was fearful of returning to activity. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive to know when to push and when to “back off”. - How did you get started doing this type of work?When I was a teenager, I realized I loved learning about health and fitness and wanted to work with people. I became a student athletic trainer for my high school sports teams and taught fitness classes at my local gym. Then in college I studied physical therapy. Throughout my professional life, I have continued to learn and grow and participate in physical activity including running, triathlon and teaching fitness classes. I enjoy working with all ages of people and all fitness levels. I am not limited if you have some medical history as I can modify for mostly any condition.
