Chris is a great trainer who will tailor your workouts to your fitness goals. With a variety of exercises up his sleeve, you won’t ever get bored with a session. Highly recommend.

Chris is a professional and understanding. He gives me a basic concept of bodybuilding and always challenges me, but not too much push me. Customizes sessions to meet my goal. I look forward to keeping working with him. If you are looking for a trainer, then he is the best choice.

Training with Chris has made working out something that is a regular part of my life. Before this I never went to the gym and now with Chris’ guidance I feel comfortable with many exercises and going to the gym independently, though his sessions still push me more. I also appreciate that Chris helps you work towards whatever goal you want to accomplish and shows a path for how to achieve that goal.

Chris does a great job mixing up workouts and keeping each session fun. He’s very supportive of my goals and things in my life happening outside of the gym. He’s understanding of my busy schedule and has been flexible if I need to change days/times.

Chris is very passionate about what he does. The workouts given were repetitive but worked well. CARDIO is a MUST to see further results as well as healthy eating habits. After just under a month I began to see results and I lost a few inches. Great virtual trainer especially because I am a busy mother. I am to workout bright and early and even late at night.
