Hello! My name is Chris. As a Trainer of 15 years, I have successfully helped and guided many people to their goals. Losing weight, gaining weight, training for specific sports/events, weddings, vacations, lifestyles changes, more energy...you name it, I've helped someone achieve it. I recently stepped out of the corporate gym setting to bring a healthier way of life to people in a way that truly matters. One on one, undivided attention, motivation and accountability. Chris was very professional and made me feel comfortable within minutes of meeting. Having not set foot in a gym in years, let alone meet with a trainer, I was a bit nervous. Chris took the time to explain his background, asked my goals, and then we jumped into a fitness evaluation, in which, I was able to really see him at work. Ultimately, I didn't go with Chris due to budgetary reasons, the offer was great, but just wouldn't work with my current situation. But once it allows, I will be calling him!

Chris is da man. I mean it. Personally, I don’t have much experience in fitness, much less a personal trainer. Chris is punctual, smart, and actually pretty funny. He has a good attitude and strong work ethic. Granted, all of that is truly needed because this man will certainly push you to your limits. Perhaps one of the most important aspects of having trainer is so they can teach you and that’s exactly what Chris does: showing you the ropes in doing the exercises properly; and I quote, “Any monkey can go around a gym and lift weights.” Even though I’ve only trained with him a little over a month now, I am already seeing the results. Change doesn’t happen overnight in major ways, but it does happen. On top of that, Chris is an all-out American with perspective and a sense of humor. There is no such thing as a dull session with this man, as he’s motivating and tough but fair and patient, especially for me since I’m a beginner. I would highly recommend him.

Chris gave me better training and sessions than most of those $120/hour trainers. He knows his stuff and is such a smooth coach. He pushed me hard every session, but not to an extreme. You can tell right away he is passionate and is very good at what he does. Very educational too. I'm glad I found him.

Chris is a great trainer from our first consultation he gave me a great stretch routine that really helped my back and leg pain. He even took the time to focus on building my core strength. Chris helped me feel stronger and helped me identify where my body needed the most help. Thanks to him I am able to strengthen myself.

Chris is very passionate about what he does. The workouts given were repetitive but worked well. CARDIO is a MUST to see further results as well as healthy eating habits. After just under a month I began to see results and I lost a few inches. Great virtual trainer especially because I am a busy mother. I am to workout bright and early and even late at night.
