- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide private personal training in conjunction with diet and exercise consulting, with an emphasis on safe, effective exercise technique and sound diet and exercise strategy. The ultimate goal in all this is to make you comfortable, confident and self-sufficient in driving your fitness progress. I provide supplemental support via email to help guide you through any challenges with eating or exercising outside of our sessions.
