You will not find a better trainer than Lynsay. She knows her stuff. She listens to your goals. She observes what your strengths and weaknesses are. She designs with a workout plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. She keeps you motivated, and she keeps it fresh with a different routine each session.
Working out with Lynsay may lead to a very healthy addiction.

At age 76, strong bones and good balance are critical. Lynsay is the only person who has motivated me to work on these goals. I think it is obvious that she loves what she does and you don't want to let her down so you work harder than you knew you could. She's making me feel younger and stronger everyday.

Lynsay make me work and is getting me to train. Do I like the work? No! But she is the best trainer I have ever had.
