- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to know there personality, background, and why they want to get healthy and in shape. Then I do a fitness assessment to see what level we are starting on then the fun begins after. My sessions cater to the individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in molecular cellular biology, and my certification is AAFP for fitness professionals(2010-currently)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness runs in my family, so I've been introduced to it from a young age. Then when I went off to college I decided to get certified and become a personal trainer. I have loved impacting lives ever since.
