- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is answering any questions, concerns, health factors, injuries, discussing their diet, and explaining the workout regimen that'll be introduced to them, and more. When beginning the program, you will be gradually be worked up to more intense seasions depending on current shape, so don't worry, I won't overwhelm you exercises starting out, lolbs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I have is NASM Essentials of Personal Fitness Training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work that I'm deeply passionate about starting from my youth of being involved in athletics, staying healthy, and protecting my siblings from bullies, lolbs, but more importantly my parents played a major part in exercise and wellness. I then went to join the United States Navy where I served four years, so my passion became even more instilled in me.
