Not only is Alex Thorn an awesome positive person but he's also the best trainer I ever had here in Chicago. I personally recommend Thorn Fitness to anyone who is serious about committing to his successful physical training techniques. Alex Thorn is an all in type of trainer witch is a plus in my book, from cardio to hard core lifting You name the workout and he already knows it all.

I believe Thorn is outstanding because he was my trainer and not only did he help me loose weight but I enjoyed the positive conversations we had. I felt I relieved stress :)

I passed on the dozens of trainers and gyms in the area and opted to see Alex Thorn because of his style in teaching, coaching, training and inspiring you. Without being loud and in your face, he motivates you... I've been interested in personal training for a while but didn't find the right fit until Alex. I look better. I feel better. I'm inspired and I want to continue learning more. Alex's method is unique. He feeds the mind as he is transitioning your body. The combination yields results and more importantly longevity. He's a good person and I owe my success to him.

I actually didn't trust Alex at first! His eyebrows are on point though so I gave him a shot. He actually managed to trim me down and helped me build muscle. He also gave me a working meal plan that would control my eating habits. I necessarily did not end up going on a diet just changed my eating habits and focused on core workouts! Alex does a great job of keeping you on track! Also he doesn't bull shit you! He is very honest!

Working With Alex is AMAZING. He is the type of trainer that would not give up on you even if you give up on yourself. He is the best motivation you could have in order to lose what you wish for and more!
