- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular rates are listed on the website. Small fee for multiple pets & weekend/evening/holiday appointments. Please contact us directly for specific weekly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather basic information from you upfront to make sure we have availability or capacity to help you & your pets to the level that you need. We meet every new client (human & animal!) before beginning service so we can make sure everyone is comfortable. Typically, 2 sets of keys are required to be on file for us to have reliable access to your home. The only other things we need on file are a couple signatures, updated contact & emergency info, and your pet care routine!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do weekday midday dog walks for clients while they work. We also do a lot of overnight in-home pet-sitting for business & personal travel. We do lots of cat care visits, too! Pups of all shapes, sizes, & breeds along with many medical conditions & behavioral quirks
