How does your business stand out?
We get hundreds of applications from pet enthusists that want to work for us. While loving pets and wanting to help provide them with the care they need is great, the most important part of what we do is relationship building. It is a very intimate thing to enter a persons home and help them care for their beloved pets! We take this very seriously and it serves as a foundation for how we service our clients. We let our clients customize their experience with us from the structure of their pets time with us, how we communicate with the clients while they are away and even have very flexible billing options.

Alexis and Ruth (along with Lela and Molly) have been absolutely AMAZING! Not only did Ruth call me back within 24 hours of my panicked call in my move to Chicago, she had Molly and Ruth out within 48 hours to meet me and my little princess Bella. The walks have been amazing and Bella loves them! More importantly they are kind, honest, and friendly people and want to help- not just make money. I absolutely LOVE Pawlosophy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure that the service offers a free consultation so that you can ensure you are making the best choice possible for you and your pets! The company should be able to provide multiple references upon requested. The company should be at a minimum insured and bonded. Above all they should use humane positive techinique, no rough handling or yelling!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Tipping is important, especially during weekend, early morning, evening and holiday times.
