- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is right in line with what vet and boarding facilities charge. I can also offer discounts on an as-needed basis. My goal is to provide care for your pet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will contact me and we will have an intake visit where I get to learn all about your bird and their specific care routine. I then abide by those rules through your whole booking. I provide daily updates so you can feel confident that your bird is in great hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Parrot Behaviorist.
