Give your fat loss a jump start! We run fitness boot camps for women, indoors during the winter and outdoors in the summer. We incorporate circuit and interval training, core conditioning, running/walking, weight training, Pilates, and sports drills. Nutrition counseling is included. Personal training, both one-on-one and group, for men and women is also available. We will help you speed up your fat loss and feel great!
