Believe me, I know them, having worked for AOE (a major Sharp dealer), Canon, Minolta (when it was just 'Minolta'), Imagistics (a spinoff from Pitney Bowes), and Konica/Minolta from '86 to 2009. We know their expensive service call rate with travel time (forcing you into an overcharged contract), high salesman turnover rate (lucky if you see the same uncaring person twice), questionable service (only fixing, if they can, your present problem with no eye toward maintaining or even cleaning your machine).
