A job well done! I am a norwegian, living in Norway. Me, and my family have been trying to locate the whereabouts of my wife's father, as she has never had any contact with him. After many attempts, we decided to hire a privateinvestigator. I sent email to three different investigators after a quick search on the internet. One office gave me a very diffuse price, one did not answer, and one gave me a quick answer, with a price of total cost. We hired Heritage Investigations, and the detective was very fast working, and the dialogue was incredible good - despite the fact that we ar eon the opposite side of the world. It took Heritage Investigators just about a week to close the case and make the contact, and now we are happily connected with our relatives. We sincerly recommend anyone who needs help from a detective to contact Heritage Investigatons. You'll get a job well done, fast and very correct, and the price they charge is highly acceptable. Best regards Thomas

I had minimal expectations that Adam's company would be able to serve (process serve) the person of interest. So I asked for something even easier- a WRITTEN document stating that Adam's company had ATTEMPTED to serve this person so that I could bring it to court and get the restraining order. Why was that such a big deal, I do not know. For $110 I did not even get the document to take to court stating the attempt to serve or any secondary information at all regarding this person. Considering the severity of this ongoing situation (the FBI is in fact now involved), I am not a fully satisfied customer. As a business owner myself I would have refunded the customer if I could not meet any of their needs or given a partial refund.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common types of jobs that we perform for our clients include infidelity investigations, alimony elimination, cohabitation investigations, missing persons, child custody and workers' compensation work. One of our most common investigations is of spouses traveling to Chicago on business. We are experts in following your spouse from the airport to their hotel, then about town during their free time.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who has experience and can prove it. It is also important that the person connects with you, they understand your needs, your reasons for seeking their help. You want someone that answers their telephone, all of the time. Look for someone willing to offer advice, for free, not just sell you their services. If they don't have time to listen to you, your needs, or your misconceptions about the services they offer--run the other way.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

This is an art as much as a science.
