- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we perform for our clients include infidelity investigations, alimony elimination, cohabitation investigations, missing persons, child custody and workers' compensation work. One of our most common investigations is of spouses traveling to Chicago on business. We are experts in following your spouse from the airport to their hotel, then about town during their free time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who has experience and can prove it. It is also important that the person connects with you, they understand your needs, your reasons for seeking their help. You want someone that answers their telephone, all of the time. Look for someone willing to offer advice, for free, not just sell you their services. If they don't have time to listen to you, your needs, or your misconceptions about the services they offer--run the other way.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
This is an art as much as a science.
