About
I am NSCA-CSCS-certified and have worked as a strength coach/personal trainer for more than ten years. To help clients achieve their goals, my first job is to understand each person’s concerns and what motivates them. I know how to develop individualized programs that address issues related to exercise, nutrition, weight loss/gain, post rehab, and sports-specific strength and conditioning. Having worked in both physical therapy and hospital environments, I am always sensitive to medical restrictions and related factors that impacted fitness. I also, as of December 2010, graduated with Master of Science in Kinesiology from UIC. I am confident that this combination of skills and experience will make me good enough to take upon any fitness challenge. I offer you the following qualities: * Organization: Establish goals and consistently meet or exceed them by setting priorities and managing time effectively * Client Relations: Build lasting relationships by offering consistent performance and friendly yet motivational attitude * Personality: Disciplined performer who focuses on results Realizing that this summary cannot fully communicate my potential contribution, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Warmest regards, Bean Krason
