Finding the perfect place couldn’t have been any easier thanks to Nadiia! Moving from out of town, and having gone through a obstacles with other agents trying to land the right place, my partner and I were weary of the process here in Chicago. Working with Nadiia was an absolute pleasure. I contacted her on a Friday before a holiday and by Monday afternoon I had already signed a lease, all thanks to her hard work and diligence. The first thing you notice about Nadiia is that she really loves what she does, she is extremely hard working and loves to help people. Not to mention she’s a sweetheart while super professional. I always felt like I was just hanging out with a friend that was looking out for me, even when my pickiness started to show she remained very patient and helpful. She was always available if I needed her and went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment for me. She was never pushy and reminded me of my goals when I tried to go above my budget. Nadiia is everything you'd want in a real estate professional. First, she is incredibly responsive, because she loves her work and cares deeply about her clients, so she is always within easy reach by phone or text. Second, she is knowledgeable about the market and candid and helpful with her advice on matters large (like the asking price) and small (like the quality of interior finishes, down to the smallest detail). Third, she is confident and assertive, so you can trust her to be your best possible representative in negotiations. As first-time homebuyers, we were unsure of how to navigate the homebuying process, and it was a seller's market.
