- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat fee or hourly for our projects. First time customer discount of 20% off. For new customers we do ask for at least 50% before starting any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to welcome you in with a 20% off our rates. We ask that you send example work so we can get a good idea of what you are looking for. Followed by a visit into our studio for session 1. Then revise the work as needed until you are happy (within reason).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have over 50 years of experience in the music recording and performance industries.
