I have had three different quotes and this is the company that I have recommended and will continue to recommend. Prices are very competitive in this field, but it all comes down to experience levels. The work done at my house wasn’t as easy as I thought it was going to come out to. Was recommended by a friend after a storm damaged the roof and they didnt disappoint. We have a large home with a complex roof. They used high quality materials and were very transparent in their use of them, even upgrading my two skylights when the one we contracted for was on back order to keep the project moving. 1.5 days of hard work to totally rehab and improve my roof. Looks great. I used AI to help me with the contract, pricing and requirements. Pedro and his team checked all the boxes.
