It's right and smart to seek help from professional staff whenever you might feel unsafe. Mr Brown is a great person. He picked me up from the hotel and we went to Little Village for the viewing of houses in Shameless. He's professional in keeping you safe. And also a good local driver. He knows how to take pictures! He took me to Skydeck after that. GREAT time with Mr. Brown!

We hired the APD guys for 24 hour job site security and they're doing an excellent job. We've had security in the past and they always fell asleep at work or just sucked at securing our facility. These adp guys are punctual and always serious on the job, which we love to see. We look forward to keeping them around and engaging in a long healthy working relationship with them. Definitely recommended for any job sites.

Mr. Brown was extremely responsive and helped out us out in a quick pinch. Not only did he set us up with an officer immediately, but he's been checking in on me to make sure things are going okay. The officer that was sent to watch over our office for 2 weeks has been very professional, friendly and makes our office feel protected without making anyone nervous by his presence. It has been a very great experience with APD, and we've actually recommended them to our landlord to use for our entire building going forward. Would certainly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually our prices start as low as $15 per hour and increase depending on the type of service needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would start off with a phonecall of what your needs are. During this time we will ask you MANY questions, this is so that we know what to tell our insurance agency which can sometimes make our original quote cheaper. So always expect us to ask many questions so that we can get the best quote in for you. After the phonecall there will be an in person consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military and Law Enforcement training are what complies with APD ownership and management requirements.
