- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Charges for local movers are per hour depending on how many movers are needed for the job. Long distance moves, however, are done on a flat fee basis. It's not an estimate, but a solid number that will not go up or down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send the customer an inventory link that allows them to input what is moving. We then send an estimate based on the inventory. We also do free in-home estimates for packing jobs and long distance moves if necessary in order to give an accurate price range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of experience training employees how to custom wrap large items including pianos, grandfather clocks, sofas, appliances, specialty items, and all household furniture. I'm still in school obtaining my PhD. I should have it finished by 2026.
