FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project costs vary based on scope and complexity. Initial engineering services typically range from $1,000-$35,000, covering business development, licensing, technology tools, and project management systems. We provide transparent pricing, regular budget updates, and value engineering options to optimize costs. We accept checks, bank transfers pr Zelle. We also offer Financing for larger projects, typically with an initial deposit followed by monthly payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we start with a short phone or video consultation to understand your project, goals, and budget. Next, we schedule a site visit (or review your plans) so we can take measurements, identify any structural issues, and discuss options with you. From there, we provide a detailed written proposal that outlines scope, timeline, and costs so you know exactly what to expect. Once you approve, we handle the engineering, permits, and scheduling and keep you updated throughout the job with clear checkpoints. At the end, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets our standards—and yours—before we call the project complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
