After earning my Bachelor's in English and Spanish from the College of Charleston, and a Master's in Secondary Education from the American College of Education, I also received certifications in bilingual education, English as a second language, and middle grades education. Additionally, I was invited to be a member of the instructional leadership team at Brighton Park of CPS, where I supported fellow teachers in their professional development.
