All around top quality service received via phone support, the in-person estimate & the technician who did a superb job onsite. Our original 1940s ceramic tile (bathroom) was cleaned, regrouted & left looking new. Technician was polite, worked nonstop & left the area spotlessly clean - highly recommended!

We hired Grout Medic to repair caulking / grout in our kitchen and one of our baths. We were lucky enough to be assigned Jorge S for the job, and he nailed it. Our kitchen looks "night and day" better than it did before. Jorge was nicely dressed; took his shoes off before entering the condo; and cleaned the work space up beautifully once the work was done. He also gave us advice about how long to wait before putting those areas into service again. Grout Medic's prices are not low, but I would chose them again without searching elsewhere because high quality and having the job done right the first time are very important to us. Jorge delivered on both criteria.

Mike, the salesperson, and Tony, the service technician, both did an excellent job from start to finish. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never used a grouting service before, but I'm genuinely impressed with the quality and value that the Grout Medic of Chicago provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages for home owners simply looking to get their shower and bathtub professionally cleaned and refreshed. This service is flat rate of $400 for a single shower, it includes steam cleaning your tile and grout with our proprietary steam cleaning machine, we seal the tiles and grout after the cleaning making maintenance and cleaning for the home owner a breeze. No more watching You Tube and Tik-Tok videos on how to remove black mold and mildew (they don't work). We are family owned and operated in Chicago.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an estimate appointment and perform the job on the spot depending on the work that needs to be done otherwise we will schedule the job with 1-2 business days.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started repairing tile and grout in large commercial and residential high rise buildings in Chicago and after many years working for a large property management company we broke off and started our own small business, The Grout Medic of North Chicago. We are family driven and have enjoyed serving other families in the Chicago land area.
