- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, my background is in classical voice. I currently gig in the greater Chicago area, singing with various professional choirs and singing at events as hired. In addition to this, I wanted to share my experience and technical ideas with other singers who are interested in pursuing the craft. Whether it be for fun or for professional endeavors, I take great joy in helping students work toward their goals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important that a voice instructor know about physiology as it is the basis of good singing. In addition, their personality should allow the two of you to have fun so that lessons and both challenging and exciting.
