Introduction
I have the unique skill set of being both a chef and registered dietitian. I teach my clients to cook foods that are both delicious and nourishing. I find it very fulfilling to work with my clients on an individual basis to help them learn to cook better and take control of their eating patterns in order to maximize their diets.

I learned so much during my cooking lessons with Eric!! He is so patient and kind with the total novice!! I am so appreciative. I learned 10 dishes and was able to host an event at my house with ease and grace!! I am so grateful!!!

Eric worked for me as a chef/caterer during his tenure as a graduate student at EIU. He is by far one of the most innovative/creative chefs I have had the pleasure to work with. He is a master in his craft...ahead of his time as a fusion chef, marrying his knowledge of the culinary culture, art/presentation and nutrition to heights previously unknown!

I hired Eric Stein to cater a 7 week workshop and it was beyond what I could have imagined. The food was awesome and the guy is amazing. He is the king of knowing how to please the palate and the client.

    As a member of the American Culinary Federation, Research Chefs Association, and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I am consistently working to learn and improve in my field.

    I provide a variety of services in food and nutrition. I do one-on-one health and diet coaching, supermarket tours, private and group cooking classes.
