- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a "standard" pricing we go by. But we do like to customize more-so. We feel like clients (as we all) don't like to over-pay for services they really don't need. So setting one package isn't our style. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our customers first, especially larger event clients. Skype & FaceTime are GREAT tools to use for out of state clients or to be safe with these times we are in. However, if we don't have the opportunity to meet, we like to email/text/chat as much about details as possible, beforehand, no matter what the session is. This is to ensure I know exactly what my client expects from us, and to let them know how we work as well, and what they should expect out of their session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We are in the process of enrolling into classes, possibly, with The New York Institute of Photography. We also stay up-to-date on all the new Photoshop and Lightroom techniques for post-production.
