Ali is an absolute expert in the realm of recruiting. She is everything I could have hoped for in a recruiting coach and I attribute much of my job hunting success to her holistic approach, her words of wisdom and the breadth of her knowledge of the industry.
Before I met Ali, I was in a miserable job that was terribly suited for me. As I was gearing up for my job search, I was lucky enough to have crossed paths with her who guided me throughout the entire job hunt process.
She sat me down to have a comprehensive discussion about what I wanted my next step to be, what kind of work environment I sought and what I wanted in my next job (i.e. mentorship, training, teamwork, etc.). This conversation really helped steer me in the right direction when I was looking for jobs/companies that matched what I wanted. I was blown away at the level of care Ali really put in to helping me understand what I needed in my next move.
She helped me dust off my resume and subsequently revamped it with an expert eye. She had clear and valuable feedback with coherent reasoning to her critiques.
After I received an interview from my dream job, she ran mock interviews with me, looked over my email communications with the company at my request and gave me constant encouragement throughout the process which I definitely needed.
When I got my job offer, she prepped me for any potential conversations regarding salary negotiations, start date, etc. that really helped me be confident when I did have those conversations. Ultimately I got exactly what I sought i.e. top of the range of my requested salary, optimal start date, etc.
I couldn't have done this without Ali and I absolutely recommend her to anyone who is on the job hunt. Her intuition about recruiting is unmatched, bar none and I'm so grateful for her help!

Through the multitude of planes in which I have interacted with Ali, she has never failed to impress me with her earnest, enthusiastic work ethic and overall charisma.
As a teammate, she performs at the level of a talented and dedicated manager, capable of doing a complete spectrum of tasks and learning quickly on the job. She is able to not only recruit, while running a business and leading project teams, but can switch between these roles instantly and seamlessly. This allows her to multi-task between candidate recruiting, business development, and strategic planning with astonishing ease.
As a colleague, Ali is a responsive thought-partner, willing to set aside her own work to help with anything from designing layouts to critical decisions in marketing/communications.
