Introduction: Hi! I teach gentle restorative yoga since 2019 after I graduated from yoga school in Bali, Markandeya Yoga. And now I just got my 300hrs Hatha and Restorative Yoga certification. I am passionate about helping and supporting women with chronic illness Endometriosis. My special skills are pranic healing, chakra meditation, and nurturing how to get comfortable with props. Restorative yoga is for all levels which only requires some props or supports such pillows, blankets, bolster, yoga block, and yoga ball if necessary. The good news is that you do not have to be flexible! Yes you read it right :) I can't wait to learn gentle healing yoga with you!
