About
YoSoul Yoga’s mission is to provide a serene environment for people to grow in their spiritual and physical practice through movement and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. My love for yoga came from wanting to find an intimate space to connect with my mind, body and spirit. I want to share my love and passion for yoga with others. My style is warm and caring which draws individuals to her. Be ready to enter a Vinyasa practice that will comfort the mind, relax the body, and enlighten the spirit. I also offer chair yoga for those individuals who are looking for a gentle form of yoga. Currently, I teach at Studio Yogi and Trinity United Church of Christ.

Yolander was wonderful. We had her travel to our event with 12 women of a variety of different practice levels and she conducted a beautiful class. Her emphasis on breath work and mindfulness were exactly what we needed. She was professional, quick at responding, and punctual with everything. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I will absolutely be using her services again if I get the opportunity!

Yolander was exceptional! We connected for our recent yoga session for my nonprofit group’s wellness activity. She was incredibly responsive and offered her services at a very reasonable price.
