I thought that I just had a small leak in my roof of the garage and that a few shingles might need to be replaced,as it turns out the underlayment was all rotten out and for no extra charge they cut out replaced and repaired the wood as well as the shingles. I intend to hire them to completely redo the roof next summer as well
