Manny repaired the wood that was separating and he re attached the door by using longer screws. He is also looking for another way to attach the sliding doors that would be sturdier.

I am updating my original review of Manny, because apparently the quality of his work is not great. I originally hired him to fix a wooden chair and strip paint off 2 other wooden pieces. He told me he took the wooden chair apart and re-glued all parts of the chair. It appeared to be done well, so we paid him and I gave him a good review. However, that chair gets very little use, and just 5 months later I sat down in the chair and the entire thing came unglued. Several wooden pegs came out of their holes and there were globs of glue stuck to the ends. My husband and I have been calling and emailing Manny, but he has not responded. This was a very low quality fix-it job and I am disappointed, and since he has not responded to us I'm assuming he does not stand by his work.

Hello Katie, I did not get any call or mail like you said. I'm sorry to hear about your furniture, I had done what I charge for, I this for over 20 year and I never had any problems.
