I wish I would have taken before and after photos of the work Nicolas Leyva did for us! The lions share of the work was to remove a popcorn ceiling (11x16 Bdr) paint the walls a new color w/ white ceiling and repair plaster and paint the closet. He also recommended an electrician to put in a new ceiling fan box and two recessed can lights on a dimmer. Plus he removed 4 surround sound wall mounted speakers in the Family Room and repaired the walls (you can't even tell they were ever there). Lastly, I asked him to patch a hole and paint the entire one-car garage which had a cement type walls. We are extremely pleased and he will be coming back for more work on chimney repairs/painting and I'm sure we will find more work for him. HIGHLY SATISFIED and RECOMMENDED.

I hired Nicolas and his team for a very difficult task! My renters destroyed the walls in my house. Nicolas showed up two days early to patch and paint a 2600 sq ft house. They patched the walls for four days and I could not find any imperfections. The cut line from the white ceiling to the light gray walls were perfect. His price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Nicolas and his team!!!
