These guys were great! Traffic held them up originally, but they communicated well about the delay. They were very efficient but still handled my items with care. I had extra items in my car they were happy to help with. Very professional, nice and speedy!
My 1-bedroom apartment was stuffed in a storage locker and they were able to get everything out, up the elevator and in the truck in 45 minutes. Once we got to my 2nd story, walk-up unit, It only took them a little over an hour to get everything upstairs (with a very narrow staircase) and in the areas I wanted them. And you can't beat that price. Highly recommend!

Jesus, Joel, and their 2 other guys arrived right on time. They took great care to ensure all my furniture and boxes arrived at our new house in the same condition as when they left the old house. They were professional, worked fast, and very nice. Even though the weather was less than favorable for a move, and with multiple locations (home and storage unit), they did the job within the quoted time. I would definitely refer this company and use them again.

These guys were great. We had a 4 bedroom house worth of things to move out of two storage units and into a house. They recommended 4 people and quoted us 6.5 hours. Coordinating with Joel before the move was a piece of cake.
They worked hard and deliberately on the clock but never rushed while handling things or packing the truck. They wrapped and took good care of the nicer pieces of furniture (worth the extra $) and were very receptive to us directing which box went where in the house.
In the end, they were faster than expected, wrapped some things for extra $, and the total was very close to the quoted price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a licensed and insured moving company, we charge by the hour based on our tariff rates filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission. There is not such thing as flat rate moving. We also only charge for the supplies used on a move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, one of our experienced and certified moving coordinator's will take all of your information and prepare an estimate based on the factors of your move. Then we go through the process of fine tuning your move based on your needs. Finally, our professionally trained movers will complete your move with efficiency and precision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having more than 20 years of experience as a professional mover puts this owner and CEO on the top of the game in the moving industry in Chicago. Not only does he know what customer's want, but he also knows what they need.
